Mindful Mondays

Join us for Mindful Mondays along the Detroit Riverfront on Mondays, July 7 - August 25 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Each week visitors can experience these FREE wellness classes focused on connecting body and mind to the natural world through meditation, sound bathing and more. No experience needed for any of the below classes.

July 7 - Sound Bowl Meditation- with Afromoone

July 14- Somatic Movement & Meditation- with ASW Wellness

July 21- Labyrinth Walk & Meditation-with Afromoone

July 28-- Mindfulness Stroll- with ASW Wellness

August 11- Mindfulness in Everyday Life-with The Village Personal Training & Wellness

August 25- Cultivating Gratitude and Positivity Through Mindfulness- with ASW Wellness
