We are honored to offer two free weekly wellness classes in the heart of Circle Forest, thanks to the generous support of a community grant. Join us beneath the trees for movement, breathwork, meditation, and connection with nature — all designed to nurture your vitality, restore balance, and uplift your spirit.

Tuesdays: Kundalini Yoga with Randiah Camille Green (Yoga w/ Randiah)

Thursdays: Community Qi-Gong: Breath and Balance with Nydia GanjaClergy

Ground yourself in ancient wisdom and modern healing with gentle Qi-Gong practices. These flowing movements, breath techniques, and meditative exercises are designed to harmonize your energy, strengthen your natural vitality, and foster mindful presence — all while surrounded by the living rhythms of nature.
