The Reset Sessions: A Summer Yoga Series for Caretakers

Join instructor Elle Murphy at Le Village Cowork Des Plaines for a summer yoga series every Thursday at 9am.
Gentle movement, mindful breathing, and restorative poses designed for bodies that carry, lift, and nurture others.
- 55-minute classes with optional check-ins and gentle warm-ups
- Supported poses to relieve tension in shoulders, back, and hips
- Breathing techniques for stressful parenting moments
- Extended relaxation time (a favorite for exhausted parents!)
- A space rooted in radical acceptance

Childcare will be available for $15, but space is limited!
