Fermentation Creation with Iowa Wildcraft - Cultivate Your Plate Summer Series

Learn all about fermentation with Des Moines based farmers, Iowa WildCraft. We will be hands-on making a jar of sauerkraut with locally grown cabbage for you to take home. Please bring your own quart glass jar to house your fermentation creation and if you have a knife you love, bring it along.

Please wear a hat or tie back your hair back for the food prep portion of this event. We will have gloves available.

At the end of the event we will be sharing a donation based community meal featuring fermented food, so come hungry!
