Beginning Shamanic Journey Class

In this class, you will be introduced to and experience energy in many forms. There will be exercises in understanding your energy verses other energies around us, journey space, and the energy of your spirit guides.
In our current society, we have been led to believe that what we see, touch, hear, smell and taste is all that exists. Conversely, shamanism teaches us that there are doorways to others realms of reality where guidance, insight and healing for us and the world in which we live. In this class you will learn the skills for completing a shamanic journey to non ordinary reality where you will meet spirit guides and helpers.
This class is a prerequisite for the Advanced classes.
