Pasta Making Cooking Techniques Class LaBelle Winery Derry

At this hands-on Cooking Techniques Class led by Amy LaBelle, you’ll get to learn how to create your very own Pasta entirely from scratch! Your experience will be enhanced with a sampling of LaBelle wine upon arrival, and additional wine by the glass will be available for purchase throughout the class. Pasta recipe and pasta roller can be used for varying pasta thickness for spaghetti, fettuccini, linguine and more!

• Learn how to use a pasta roller machine to create different pasta shapes
• Take home your own pasta roller machine, included with your class ticket!

This class is perfect for couples, singles, family, and friends, as well as colleagues looking for a unique corporate bonding experience. Limited seats are available, so don’t wait until it’s too late!

• This event takes place within our upstairs Harvest Room at LaBelle Winery in Derry, NH.

• Guests will create a hands-on recipe during class; please be prepared to get a little messy.
• Please Note: a small snack will be provided to you during class. We recommend dining with us at Americus Restaurant before or after the event!
• All ages are welcome to attend, though only those ages 21+ will be given a greeting pass of LaBelle wine.
