Award-winning author SUE DIVIN will be hosting a very special Creative Writing Workshop, as part of Independent Bookshop Week in Little Acorns Bookstore on Thursday 19 June.
Have you, or a young writer that you may know, ever wondered how do writers make their words come alive on the page? If yes, then this is for you/them!
The workshop promises to be interactive, engaging and fun. Participants are invited to ask anything they've ever wanted to know about books, reading, the writing craft process and much more. Suitable for beginners, or those who are just starting out on their creative writing journey. Sue will be sharing top tips and secrets and invite all to put pen to paper and have a go.
Participants will also be invited to browse the shelves of Little Acorns Bookstore, be introduced to this year's recommended summer reads, and hear about more activities and creative opportunities happening locally.
Pens, paper plus light refreshments will be provided.
