Each meet-up will include a group discussion, a fun activity, and a 20-minute sound bath and journaling session to help process and integrate what comes up.

This month, we’ll explore the theme of Forgiveness and Letting Go — powerful practices that free us from the emotional weight of the past. Together, we’ll reflect on how holding onto resentment, guilt, or old stories can block our growth, and how forgiveness (both of ourselves and others) can open the door to healing. This gathering offers a gentle invitation to release what no longer serves you, make peace with what has been, and create space for renewal and clarity on your spiritual path.
