The party starts Friday & Saturday (that’s right a Saturday shopping day 👀) June 6&7th 9am - 3pm both days! To help our out of state shoppers we will be helping with packing/crating after hours Saturday & possibly Sunday depending on demand, more details to come on that. Summer Glass Bash FAQ

What is the Summer Glass Bash?
It’s our first-ever Open House and the biggest shopping event of the summer! Join us in person at the warehouse for deep discounts from your favorite manufacturers, rare and vintage glass, a fully stocked bargain bin, live demos, giveaways, food trucks, and more. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just getting started, there's something for everyone—and we can’t wait to kick off summer with you!
Where is the event?
D&L Art Glass Supply
1440 W. 52nd Ave., Denver, CO 80221
Plenty of parking available onsite and on the street around our warehouse
What are the hours?
Doors open at 9:00 AM and close at 3:00 PM each day. Early arrival is recommended for best selection.
What should I wear?
For safety in our warehouse:
-Close-toed shoes are required (no sandals or flip-flops)
-Long pants recommended
-Bring gloves and eye protection
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed. Service animals with proper identification are permitted.
Can I bring my kids?
Kids are welcome but must be closely supervised at all times. For their safety:
-No climbing or sitting on glass carts
-Please keep children with you in shopping areas
Will staff be available to help?
Yes! We’ll have plenty of team members and signage throughout the event. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—we're here to help with product info, locating items, and safety guidance.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. No checks.
Can I return items bought at the event?
All sales during the event are final. No returns or exchanges.
Will there be food?
Yes! Food trucks will be on-site both days with great options available for purchase.
Will there be giveaways or demos?
Absolutely! Expect live artist demos, special guest appearances, and surprise giveaways throughout the event. Follow us on social media at @dlartglass or sign up for our email list for schedule updates.
Can I pick up a web order during the event?
Yes—just be sure to place your order by 12 PM MT on Thursday, June 5th so we have enough time to pull, pack, and prep it before the event. Orders placed after that cutoff may not be ready for pickup during the event due to high traffic and limited staff availability. We’ll do our best, but same-day pickups cannot be guaranteed!
What if I can’t join the event in person?
We understand it might be difficult to come visit in person but at this time the offers/sales will only be available for in-store shoppers. We may be able to extend virtually in the future but not for this event.
