Connection Immersion: One-Day Transformative Communication Experience

This is a rich deep-dive into feeling more connected to your self and others. Develop and sharpen your communication---Develop your listening and empathy skills, and communicate yourself more effectively. Tap into empathy and assertiveness. This is an experiential learning and enriching experience that will broaden how you see yourself and the world, and leave you with practical skills you can use in your life.

Each successive part of this immersion builds off of the previous, so please commit to attending all parts of the immersion.

We'll take breaks for bathroom, movement, snacks, etc. every 1.5-2 hours and have a 1-hour catered lunch break.

The sanctuary room is a shoe-free room (house slippers are okay.)

About the facilitators:

Sraddha is a life-long yogi and professional transformative coach who supports others in connecting to their authentic selves and discovering and fulfilling their higher purpose. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband and three children.

Prema is a long-time yogi, transformative coach, business owner and organizational consultant. His work includes building and leading teams and exploring the intersection of leadership, human potential, and personal growth.

Vrinda is the director of Harmonist Sanctuary, a professional transformative coach focusing on spiritually-based personal development and personal transformation.
