Yoga at Denton Outdoor Market

Join JBH Yoga for Outdoor Yoga at the Denton Outdoor Market donation-based classes open to all levels

Class Schedule:
Sundays at 8:00am – 45-minute session
Tuesdays at 6:30pm – 1 hour session

Breathe in the fresh air and move mindfully with us in the heart of Denton. These outdoor sessions are a wonderful way to connect with your body, your breath, and your community in a welcoming environment.

Sunday mornings offer a peaceful 45-minute practice to help you start the week feeling grounded and refreshed. Tuesday evenings invite you to unwind after your day with an accessible, all-level flow.

What to bring:
• A mat or towel (extra props available if needed)
• Water, sunscreen, and bug spray
• Comfortable clothing for movement

Pre-registration is encouraged to help us plan for space and props. Sign up online or contact us directly.

Suggested donation: $10–$20 (pay what you can)
