FREE Sunset Yoga, Sound Healing for Summer Solstice

Join us on Friday June 20th at 7pm for a summer solstice yoga practice, meditation and sound healing as we come together to celebrate the light within and around us.

We can use this time to focus on what we wish to nurture and develop in ourselves during the coming months. What do you want to encourage in your life?

This event will be held at Solid Rock Ranch, 7145 Jackson Creek Rd, Denton, NC.

This will be a free event - just be sure to reserve your spot and to let us know if you need a yoga mat!
