Yoga workshop for peri/menopause with Sonia

Sonia is thrilled to return to our "Friday Femme Yoga" sessions!
Based on the transformative teachings of the Iyengar Yoga methodology that Sonia is presently learning in a long-term mentorship.
The sessions will introduce a practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, somatic exploration for navigating this challenging yet powerful time of a woman's life.
Using props to support the body, a sequence of poses to refresh the mind, and the gift of time in unwinding tension and journey towards stillness, peace, harmony and wholeness.
Some previous yoga experience is helpful, although this is not an absolute beginners session, we will work sensibly so please ask Sonia if you're not sure of suitability. Or for any further info regarding Iyengar Yoga.
