In Energy Medicine Yoga, Water is connected to the kidneys and bladder, which govern our energy reserves, fear responses, and ability to trust the flow of life. Water is winter’s energy ~ quiet, reflective, and deeply renewing.

In everyday life, a Water imbalance might show up as:
