Community Sound Sessions with Becca Binsted and Kendall Boyd

Join sound practitioners Becca Binsted and Kendall Boyd for a special collaborative evening where sound, stillness, and community come together in shared space for rest and renewal.

This midweek gathering offers a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect through the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. Guided by intention, you’ll be immersed in calming soundscapes designed to ease tension, support the nervous system, and invite a deep sense of peace and clarity.

Sound gently shifts the body and mind into balance, creating space to release what no longer serves and return to center. Whether you’re seeking quiet, connection, or a midweek reset, come as you are, settle in, and let the sounds support you.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or bolster for under your knees, water bottle, a journal if you like, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.

There is plenty of free parking at the Fisherman's Hall.

About your Hosts Becca and Kendall:

Becca is a sound and energy practitioner living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples. A lifelong musician and Certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner (Langara College), she combines sound, with energy work to support whole-being wellness- body, mind, and spirit.

Drawing from her own healing journey, Becca creates intentional spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and restore balance. She is passionate about the power of sound to align, awaken, and heal.

Kendall has been on a devoted healing journey for the past nine years. She is a certified Sound Healer and Trauma-Informed Energy Practitioner. Kendall is also trained in Feminine Leadership and Yoga for the Nervous System. Through her work, that's rooted in love and intuition, she holds safe, gentle and transformative spaces for others to reconnect with their inner harmony and release what no longer serves them.
