Becca is a sound and energy practitioner, living on the shared, traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples.As a lifelong musician, Reiki and Certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner through Langara College, Becca has witnessed first-hand the transformative impact of music and the healing power of sound and energy practices. Becca's own personal healing journey has incorporated these modalities and she continues to learn, experiment and share her gifts with others. She is passionate about using sound to bring harmony and alignment to others, focusing on the whole being; body, mind and spirit.The gentle vibrations of these soundscapes have a therapeutic and restorative effect. They can enhance physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being by releasing tension, reducing stress, improving sleep + mood, enhancing mental clarity + focus, balancing energy, along with many other benefits.Becca believes we all have the ability to achieve wellness for ourselves and she is grateful to create an intentional space that supports healing for folks as they navigate the ebb and flow of life and find their way back to the truth of who they are.
