Each session is guided by a gentle intention and woven with crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones that meet you exactly where you are at. There is nothing you need to know and nothing you need to do. Just come as you are.Sound works in subtle but powerful ways. The vibrations move through the body like soft waves, inviting your nervous system to settle and your breath to deepen. Tension begins to loosen. The mind softens. The body remembers how to rest. This is a space to land. To regulate. To reconnect.Rooted in sound.Anchored in stillness.Guided by deep listening. What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or bolster for under your knees, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend. There is limited parking in front of the clinic, so you may need to park in the TD Bank parking lot. What to Expect:We'll begin with a simple grounding practice to help you arrive in the space and settle into the present moment. From there, you'll be immersed in the sounds of various resonant instruments, inviting you into the practice of deep listening. As the session comes to a close, we'll gently ground together before returning our awareness to the room. We'll leave a few quiet moments at the end to pause, reflect, and integrate your experience before we close our time together. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events10/banners/b4962bb0-c287-11f1-8343-39970249843c-rimg-w1114-h740-dcb8b8b8-gmir.jpg About Your HostBecca is a sound practitioner living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples.
