Stretches & Sounds

Stretches and Sounds facilitated by Jenna Jasso is a mind, body, and soul nourishing class designed to gently reset your entire being. We begin by arriving fully in the moment with a presencing meditation, connecting to ourselves, our intentions and inner wishes.

Next, we'll move into our body with organic gentle movement and asana. As we peel back the layers, qigong will help us move stuck energy, release anxiety, and restore flow.

Then, we relieve tension with guided relaxation in one or two restorative poses accompanied by singing bowls and Native American flute wind songs.

To close the journey, we melt into deeply relaxing mid-afternoon nap-inducing savasana and total surrender.
