About the event

Personalized Ayurvedic Insights: Balancing Your Unique Constitution

Join Ayurvedic Health Counselors, Devon Schmidt and Elizabeth Hulsman, for a condensed version of a personalized Ayurvedic consultation in an intimate group setting.
We will go over your unique dosha (individualized constitution), diet and lifestyle choices and daily routines for each dosha (dinacharyas). The workshops also includes a mini pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and Ayuredic CCF tea.
