Tuesday meditation with Tamkey (Fortnightly)

Learn Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and Philosophy from a qualified Tibetan Teacher.

Born in Amdo, Tibet, Tamkey made the extraordinary journey on foot across the Himalayas to study near His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. A former scholar and teacher at Kirti Monastery, he has published works on Buddhist philosophy and trained in Tibetan Traditional Medicine.

Since moving to Australia in 2012, Tamkey has been sharing the heart of Tibetan Buddhism in a grounded, relatable way—helping students apply ancient wisdom to modern life with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
