Get ready for action, movement, and fun at our Ninja Workshop, an exciting collaboration between Autistic & Loved and the St. Ambrose University Physical Therapy Department! This specially designed workshop encourages children, especially those on the autism spectrum, to explore movement, build strength, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
Led by Physical Therapy students and professionals, the Ninja Workshop combines elements of physical play, therapy-based activities, and obstacle-course fun. It’s a great way to support motor skills, balance, coordination, and confidence, all while having a blast!
