Lark's Tongue hail from Peoria, IL and have existed in one form or another since 2010. Lark's Tongue consists of Christopher Bennett (Minsk) on vox and guitar, Andrew Sledd (Men of Fortune) on drums, Jeff Hyde (Super 88) on vox and guitar, Kayla Bennett (Thetah) on theremin, and Mike Willy (Unsheltered) on bass.
They have released two full length LPs and several splits and singles. Their current full length, Eleusis, was released in 2022 by Consouling Sounds. Lark's Tongue crafts mind expanding heavy sounds with an emphasis on harmony and narrative. They just finished principal recording on their 3rd full length with Matt Talbott (Hum). It will be titled Forgotten Wonders and should be released at the beginning of the new year.
