Our open house on July 6 at 8:30 AM is the perfect opportunity to explore our space, connect with our friendly instructors, and experience what Naia is all about at no cost.

You'll also get to meet Trang, a movement educator who specialises in anatomy and therapeutic approaches. She holds both 200-hour and 500-hour LYT Method certifications. 💪
