GO-YA (Goat yoga)

A fun and exciting way to try yoga!Join us for a unique yoga experience at Paulding county's local Georgia-Vich Farm & Rescue. This easy flow is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature. Our experienced yoga instructor will guide you through a gentle yoga flow while our friendly cows & goats graze nearby. Take in the fresh air and beautiful scenery as you stretch and breathe. After the class, if you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the horses, goats, cows and other residensts and learn more about the rescue farm & mission.
Please bring a mat and towel or sheet, as the goats will do goat things so be ready for anything.
*No bee class passes as a large portion of tickets sales will be donated to the farm.* Yoga session is $15, Yoga & farm tour is $25. Cash accepted on site.
