Join us this summer for D.A.N.C.E For You — a free adult community dance series created to celebrate movement, joy, and wellness! Held at Timberglen Recreation Center, this 8-week series is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with their body through music, choreography, and community.
Each class blends gentle warm-ups, expressive choreography, and empowering affirmations to promote confidence, connection, and self-care. No previous dance experience required—just bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an open mind.
Style Focus: Class themes will be inspired by survey feedback from registered participants. You’ll help shape your dance experience!
All skill levels welcome! Parents may bring children if needed (see FAQ section for details).

Note: All participants must have a valid Dallas Park & Rec membership (one-time fee: $15 for residents, $25 for non-residents).
