SACRED RHYTHMS JUNETEENTH YOGA & SOUNDBATH - $19 @ Bay View Beach

Join us for a sacred evening in honor of Juneteenth. Jade of Salted Earth Yoga and Cyn of Shedding Light Creatives will guide you through movement and sound as we attune to the rhythms of rest, freedom, and connection. Hosted in partnership with MKE Yoga Social, this lakeside gathering invites you to land in your body, your breath, and the beauty of being together. Also enjoy samples by SoulFul Juice cultivated for your experience.

ITINERARY:

YOGA - 6PM

SOUNDBATH - 7PM

BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, dress in layers for evening beach comfort next to Lake.

Plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class.

CANCELATION POLICY:
At least 4 hours notice is required for cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be applied to cancelations outside the 4-hour window.
