Somatic Surrender® - Nervous System Reset

Somatic Surrender® is your 75-minute sanctuary. A nervous system reset through the power of presence, embodiment, and release.

Not your typical yoga class.

It’s a coming home to the parts of you that have been holding, gripping, pushing, surviving.
It’s where the body leads, and the mind learns to listen.
It’s where tears are welcome, sighs are sacred, and stillness is an act of revolution.

Inside this class, we move slow.
We breathe deep.
We explore somatic techniques that invite the nervous system into regulation, gently unwinding patterns of tension, trauma, and survival-mode exhaustion.

Expect:

* Interoception-based movement
* Guided somatic practices and nervous system education
* Restorative postures
* Deep rest & Yoga Nidra
* Aromatherapy, optional hands-on assists, and sound healing (varies by session)
