Connections Support Group - Wednesday Nights (Weekly)

NAMI Connection is a weekly support group provided at no cost and available for adults over 18 years old facing challenges with their mental health journey.

Led by trained peer facilitators in recovery, offering guidance using a structured model to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be heard, supported, and encouraged without judgement.

When: Weekly on Wednesday Evenings from 6pm-7:30pm
