Goat Yoga On The Farm

Join us at the farm for a fun, light-hearted morning of gentle movement, deep breaths, and plenty of baby goat cuddles.

We’re hosting two upcoming sessions: April 26th & May 24th at 9 AM.

Led by certified yoga instructor Denyse Phelps of Flowering Dogwood Mind & Wellness, this class is perfect for all levels — even if you’ve never stepped on a mat. The goats make it impossible to take yourself too seriously!

Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and your playful spirit — we’ll bring the goats.
