BIG: Network Your Way to Success

THIS IS A RESCHEDULED EVENT.

Participants will explore the core concepts and strategies behind effective networking to grow both their personal and professional impact. The session begins by defining networking as the intentional act of building and sustaining professional relationships, then guides participants through reflecting on their own strengths and areas for improvement. Attendees will set clear intentions based on motivation—whether it’s meeting new people, building brand awareness, or prospecting clients.

Through five practical tips, participants will learn how to build rapport using:
1. The Iceberg Effect and active listening
2. Prepare proactively by setting SMART goals & researching events
3. Tailor communication styles using DISC
4. Strengthen relationships by valuing referrals
5. Following up consistently

By the end of this session, participants will walk away with a refined elevator pitch, a personal networking plan, and the confidence to approach any networking opportunity with purpose and strategy.

This session will be led by Rachel Saathoff, Founder/Owner/CEO of Break The Norm Leadership.
