Sun and Moon Gazing at President's Park Edgewood KY

Join CAS volunteer astronomers as we bring you views of the night sky from President's Park in Edgewood Kentucky. The moon will be perfectly positioned just before first quarter for viewing through CAS telescopes. Many moon craters will be seen. Mars will be positioned in the West just prior to sunset. and Saturn will rise right near the end of the event.

CAS volunteers will have their telescopes pointed at the sky and offer views of all sorts of celestial objects. Program begins at 7PM. All ages welcome. Event is free. Donations to CAS are accepted.
