Prenatal Yoga*
The full 8 week series includes:
approx 12 hours of in-studio time, private access to online recordings, 10+hrs of take home resources to make empowered choices
sliding scale: $160 to $240
You can expect
- foundational labs for changing body, diaphragmatic breath work and pelvic floor for pregnancy,
-modifications & techniques for symptom relief (sciatica/ carpal tunnel/ back pain/ insomnia/ acid reflex/ edema)
-rejuvenating & strengthening practice
-take home techniques for mind-body-spirit wellness
-empowering preparatory & birthing resources
-take home practice tips & videos
-considerations for labor and preparation for birth
-tuning in to intuition & inner confidence
-community connection and opportunity for sharing
Appropriate for beginning of 2nd trimester to delivery day
