Start your summer off in the best possible way with a Sound Event with Preston Klik! If you've been to one of Preston's events...you've been to one. EACH event is unique - Preston brings his Earth Gong, singing bowls, flute and other instruments to create a tapestry of sound and energy.

No yoga experience necessary. This workshop is for Every. Body.

Each time he comes to the studio, the experience is different. You bring yourself and any blankets or pillows that make you comfortable. We have mats, body cushions, blankets and bolsters, as well as pillows and eye masks. You settle in, and you RECEIVE: the sound, the stories, the symmetry of energy + relaxation. You end the practice feeling refreshed and revitalized.
