Summer Solstice Somatic Sound Meditation Workshop

Sounds will begin at 11:10 and go for about an hour

Various chairs provided, bring your own yoga mat etc. if carpeted floor space preferred.

This occasion is intended to promote deep relaxation, meditation, and self-healing

We will begin with a Somatic Meditation exercise supported with sounds, leading into a deep dive sound meditation featuring metal 'Himalayan' singing bowls and gongs.

This is an acoustic, immersive, sound experience.

Event facilitated by certified yoga/meditation instructor and degreed musician with training in Integrative Trauma Therapy.
