This month we will celebrate the second limb of yoga and the practice of truthfulness! We have so many great treats and offerings for this series over the next several months!

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

Christina Hilton will host the movement session in a restorative, unique and comfortable yoga class with a concentration on satya: truthfulness.

This will be a 60 minute all levels yoga offering.
