2nd Annual Men's Health Event

Save the date for The Second Annual Men’s Health Event! Monday, June 30 from 5–7 p.m. at The Frontier Frau.

Serving up more than just great health advice, The Frontier Frau will be cooking up a unique and delicious snack-style board featuring their specialty pizzas, sausages, cheeses, and more. Every guest also gets a free in-house brewed German Frontier Frau beer, courtesy of the Cozad Hospital Foundation.

While you enjoy the company and the treats, local providers and visiting specialists will be presenting on topics like sleep apnea, joint health, exercise, and practical health prevention and maintenance tips, as well as an opportunity for Q&A conversation style panel.

Ladies, bring your men, and men bring your friends. It’s the perfect excuse to get out, learn something new, and take a proactive step toward better health.

No registration is required, and all are welcome.
