Yin Yoga Deep Dive consists of holding poses for a longer period of time, anywhere 2 minutes to 10 minutes. Ingrid weaves meditation, breathing, relaxation, philosophy, and mantra throughout the class creating a holistic journey for the body, mind, and spirit. The practice strengthens our deep and non stretchy tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and bones, whilst bringing awareness to our inner wellbeing and divine light.

This class is suitable for anyone above 18, from beginner to advanced. Yin yoga is not suitable however, for anyone who suffers from major physical ailments. In that case a restorative class might be a better choice. If in doubt, please check with a medical professional if it is appropriate for you to practise yin yoga.
