Autumn Soundscapes: An Evening of Art & Sound

Join us this September as we welcome the new season with intention and creativity. In this unique workshop, we’ll explore how the natural transitions of Fall can teach us about our own cycles of change, release, and renewal—through the healing practices of art-making and sound therapy.

No art experience is necessary—just an open heart & mind.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any comfort items such as a blanket or pillow for the sound bath portion.
