Annual General Meeting w/speaker Paul Spriggs, How to design and construct a crevice garden

On Monday, October 20, Paul Spriggs will be guest speaker at the Comox Valley Horticultural Society Annual General Meeting. Paul will share his decades of knowledge on creating rock and crevice gardens having learnt from one of the original innovators, Zdenek Zvolanek of the Czech Republic. Paul will discuss the finer points of designing and constructing a crevice garden yourself.

Paul is the past President of the Vancouver Island Rock and Alpine Garden Society and owns Spriggs Garden Landscaping company. He’s an avid plant explorer, photographer and mountaineer. He’s also an author, publishing the first North American book on Crevice Gardening with co-author Kenton Seth of Colorado. Paul is passionate about spreading the word of rock and crevice gardening to garden clubs all over the world via talks or workshops.
