Hosted by the wonderful Timothy Kercheville, this workshop is perfect for beginners and flavor adventurers alike. We'll roll up our sleeves, chop, mix, and create delicious jars of fresh fermented vegetables—and the best part? You get to take home your own jar of goodness!
