This sister event to Groove Portal features a guided meditation, shamanic sound healing with crystal bowls and ancestral instruments, and a social tea mixer featuring ceremonial Blue Lotus Tea—a heart-opening botanical known for its calming and euphoric effects.
Held in an intimate, energetically curated space, Sound Portal invites you to release mental noise and drop into presence, leaving the ego at the door. Whether you're new to meditation or seasoned in energy work, this is a chance to realign with your body, breath, and inner rhythm—together with a like-minded community.
