Discover Art Therapy

Learn about art and its benefits for the brain on Saturday, July 26 at 1:00 PM at the Coshocton County District Library. 🎨

At this program, participants will design their own bookmarks and learn some basics about art therapy. The American Art Therapy Association notes that art therapy can help relieve anxiety and depression, help manage pain, and help people feel more in control of their lives.
