This special workshop will be a 90 minute workshop.

You will receive the following:

➡️Chakra alignment to help you with a greater sense of clarity, reduction in anxiety and movement of stagnant energy.
➡️Introduction and guidance on how to manage your own energy in your day to day life through different teaching and guided introspection.(journeying) Healing has to begin with our own awareness so that we can make the changes.
