Join us for an energizing all-levels Pilates mat class every Saturday at the beautiful Shelby Farms Park!
Breathe in the fresh air, move your body, and focus on self-care, fitness, and fun—all in the great outdoors.

Class Details:
• Location: First Horizon Visitors Center
• Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early
• What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, and your positive energy!
