Spring is on the way, and before the year picks up pace, let's take a breath together.

This is a gentle afternoon to step away from the to-do list and create some space - for thinking, resting, and getting clear on what you want from the season ahead.

We'll make vision boards (the kind that actually reflect what matters to you), settle into seated guided rest, gentle sound and have proper thinking time that isn't rushed or interrupted.

You'll leave feeling clearer about your spring, more rested, and connected to others who get it.

What's included:

• Spring Vision Board session
• Seated Guided Rest and gentle sound
• Space to Think with creative prompts
• Connection with refreshments and conversation

What to bring:

• Notebook and pen for reflections
• A few magazines or newspapers you'd be happy to cut up (we'll have some too, but bringing your own means you'll find images that really speak to you)
• An item that reminds you of spring and the energy you love in the season ahead - could be a photograph, a shell, a piece of fabric, anything that captures that feeling for you
• Yourself, as you are

We'll provide glue sticks, boards for your creativity, additional magazines and creative items, tea/coffee (courtesy of the lovely Love Local), and a warm welcome.

This is an afternoon pause for anyone who needs to slowdown before they can move forward. Come as you are - comfortable clothes recommended.

Limited spaces available to keep the session intimate and restorative.
