TAI CHI at the Lake House

My Tai Chi classes are perfect for beginners who want to start their journey toward better health.

The focus is on guiding beginners through gentle practices that promote better health and well-being. The classes incorporate Qigong warm-ups and the Sam Tam form, helping to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. The belief is that small, consistent steps in daily practice can lead to significant positive changes.

About Thomas Winther Overby: I have been practicing Tai Chi since 1994, exploring several styles and participating in international workshops along the way. As an instructor, I enjoy inspiring others and helping them discover how small, mindful changes can make a big difference in their lives. My teaching focuses on creating a supportive and encouraging space where everyone can grow at their own pace, both physically and mentally.
