Seeds Residency is a two month program for artists & creatives, with a focus on cycles, to connect with nature, find inspiration & engage in regenerative farming. This event is aimed to celebrate our collaborations.
Restaurant FAR transforms locally and ethically grown produce into culinary experiences, and Ægte Food strengthens the connection between farmers, consumers, and businesses.
Members from Brockhøjgaard will share an introduction to their micro scale regenerative farm, as an example of how to take matters into your own hands.
