Teams for All Levels
Just show up at 11 AM and join the team that fits your pace and mood:
Race Walking
– 1-hour session, including intro to techniques and different paces
Running Teams
– It’s Alive: 5 or 7 km – slowest runner sets the pace
– I Wish: 7 km – Pace: 5:45 min/km
– Ny Såååårt: 10 km – Pace: 5:30 min/km
– YFMU & IF: 10–12 km – Pace: 5:15 min/km
– Stella 5: 10 km – Pace: 5:00 min/km
– Beer Geeks: 12 km – Pace: 4:30–4:45 min/km
– Limbo Series: 10 km – Pace: 4:15 min/km

What is First Saturday?
On the first Saturday of every month, Mikkeller Running Club meets around the world for a social run and a beer together afterwards. It’s the best way to kick off a new month.
We’ve got teams for all levels – and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers.

RaceWalking is MRC’s newest initiative. It’s all about movement, technique, and community. Join us for a one-hour session – open to all levels (just be comfortable jogging 5 km without getting totally wiped out).
