Raw & Intimate is a workshop for couples wanting to connect deeper in an authentic and embodied way.
We will be practicing listening to the body in connection with your partner using breath, sound, movement and touch. These are key tools in tantric practises and in the practise of Primal Play which will be a big part of this workshop.
Primal Play is one of my favourite relationship practices since it brings us closer to the raw truth of the moment. This is where deep intimacy arises.
Any expression is welcome - from tendernes, wildness, sensuality, relaxation etc.
During this workshop you will
- Explore what comes alive between you and your partner when you take time to slow down and feel the raw and intimate expression of the moment.
- Learn to trust the signals of your body and get a felt sense of embodied boundaries
- Invite your inner child to explore and connect in the innocence of curiosity to each other
- Get a felt sense of being connected in intimacy without a goal or idea or how it should look
You will get tools and practises, like Primal Play, which you can implement in your daily life as a simple way to create moments for intimacy outside the bedroom. After all, good sex happens when there is already intimacy and connection established, so it might lead to deeper lovemaking as well ;)

Who can join?
Anyone is welcome whether you have experience with Primal Play or not. Bring a dear friend, lover or partner. You will only do Primal Play with the one you arrive with.
Refund Policy: You can get 50% back until 2 weeks before the event if you for any reason want to cancel. Within 2 weeks before a refund is not possible, but you are always welcome to sell it/give it to someone else and inform me about it.

About the facilitator:
I am a certified psychotherapist, couples therapist and a facilitator in the field of tantra. My passion is to explore slow intimacy and polarity in relationships. I hold space for individuals, couples and groups for gentle relational healing through practises like Primal Play and Tantric Ropes. I have a background of studying and working with Embodied Intimacy for several years and have dedicated have work to embodiment and authentic connection.
