UNHIDDEN is a 2.5-day immersive journey where we transform shame into expression, trauma into connection, and taboo into truth. Through carefully held rituals, somatic practices, and relational alchemy, we welcome what has been exiled back into the wholeness of who we are.
This is a space for softness and depth.

The Journey
Friday Evening: Embodied Safety & Presence
We begin by establishing a foundation of somatic safety—grounding in the present moment, landing in our bodies, and gently co-regulating with the group.
Through movement, breath, and attunement practices, we invite the nervous system to unwind and reawaken trust. You’ll be guided into reclaiming your body’s natural defenses—fight and flight —not as problems to fix, but as intelligent responses to be honored and integrated. This embodied trust becomes the fertile soil for the work to come.
When animals are safe, they play.
Safety isn't just physical—it’s relational.
Saturday Morning: Meeting the Shadow in Connection
We deepen into relational shadow work, awakening what we call tribal intelligence—the innate, collective wisdom that emerges when humans feel safe enough to be real.
Through partner and group practices, we reveal the parts of ourselves that have been hidden beneath shame, fear, and trauma. Not to be exposed, but to be held, met, and seen. This is where authentic connection begins: not in performance, but in embodied presence.
You’ll practice sloooooowly turning toward the vulnerable, raw, and "too much" parts of you with curiosity and compassion—while being witnessed and mirrored in your full humanity.
The slower the deeper.
The smaller the bigger.
Saturday Afternoon: Alchemising Desire, Fear & Shame
Here we enter the deep waters of shadow alchemy—not just processing old wounds, but reclaiming the life force they've held hostage.
You’ll be invited into a ritual container where you can safely bring forth your heart’s desire, alongside the shame, fear, and longing it may carry. These practices are both individual and collective, held within a field of non-judgment, encouragement and celebration.
As one person meets and moves through their edge, the entire group expands. This is where we discover and get to embody that "reality is better than we imagined," and that what once felt impossible becomes inevitable with support.
Saturday Evening: The Temple of Play
As the sun sets, we enter the Temple of Play—a sacred, sensual, wild playground guided not by performance, but by presence.
Here, nothing needs to be planned, known, or done right. Instead, we drop into the subtle impulses of the body, allowing our movement, voice, and energy to shape the night. We explore the innocence of aliveness, where taboo dissolves and truth dances.
Nobody “knows” how to love each other,
yet we all know what love feels like.
Sunday: Integration, Expression & Belonging
The final day is devoted to integration and embodied community.
We begin with deep embodiment and co-regulation practices, followed by Circle Somatica—a process of embodied collective witnessing and reflection. We will have a chance to be seen, heard and felt with what we are with, to integrate into our now expanded sense of self.
Throughout the 2,5 day journey we dip into soft primal play and belly-to-belly practices that recalibrate our systems with the new embodied sense of trust—a felt sense of connection, safety, and belonging that lingers long after we part.
Alone with too much is traumatizing.
Together with enough is integrating.
